1. Leping loetakse sõlmituks pärast kogu üürisumma laekumist Üürileandja arveldusarvele.
2. Check-in alates kell 15:00. Sisse registreerimine toimub võtmed vaba süsteemiga, teile saadetakse kood e-posti või smsiga. Ööbimise ajal ja majast eemal viibides on kliendil kohustus lukustada peamaja välisuks. Klient vastutab rendiperioodil puhkemaja vara säilimise (tulekahju, vargus) eest. 
3. Check-out hiljemalt kell 11:00. 
4. Klient peab olema vähemalt 21 aastat vana.
5. Stayzenhouse minimaja mahutab max. 4 inimest (2 laia voodit).
6. Lemmikloomad on lubatud lisatasu eest 20€
7. Pöörame tähelepanu, et suitsetamine pole lubatud ei siseruumides ega ka terrassil, ainult õues selleks ettenähtud kohas. Vastasel korral on trahv 400 EUR
8. Palume kasutada asju heaperemehelikult. Kõik aknad ja uksed sulgeda peale lahkumist.
9. Maja tuleb anda üle samas seisukorras, kui see oli vastuvõtmise ajal (v.a. tavapärane koristus, mis on hinna sees (linade vahetus, tolmuvõtmine, nõudepesu). 
10. Klient kannab vastutust puhkekeskuse vara kahjustamise eest. Vara lõhkumise korral tuleb hüvitada selle maksumus. Stayzenhouse maja/sauna mööblile ja vaipadele plekkide tekitamisel (näit: küünelaki, punase veini plekid jne.), mida ei saa tavapäraselt eemaldada, tuleb tasuda eraldi puhastusteenuse tellimise eest. Kui plekke ei ole võimalik eemaldada, tuleb rikutud inventari eest tasuda selle maksumus. Eeltoodu maksumus lisatakse tagatisrahale.
11. Broneering kinnitatakse makse laekumisest. Makseid võetakse vastu eurodes. Maksta saab krediitkaartide ja pangalinkidega, teenust pakub Montonio Finance OÜ.
12. Kliendil palume teavitada viivitamatult avariist, tulekahjust vms telefonil +372 53406715 ning võtma koheselt tarvitusele abinõud tagajärgede kõrvaldamiseks. 
13. Stayzenhouse territooriumil on videovalve. 
14. Telkide ja muu sarnase paigaldamine territooriumile ei ole lubatud.
15. Tagatisraha me ette ei võta, aga kui midagi juhtub siis tagatisraha 400 EURi on kohustatud klient tasuma ja see summa debiteeritakse kliendi kaardilt, kui kaardil pole piisavalt raha saadetakse arve. 
16. Klient vastutab rikkumise eest, välja arvatud, kui rikkumine on tingitud vääramatust jõust tulenevalt. Vääramatuks jõuks loetakse eelkõige sõda, streiki, piiride sulgemist, epideemiaid ja loodus- või saastekatastroofi.

TÜHISTAMINE 

1. Stay Zen House broneeringu tühistamine kuni 14 päeva enne saabumist. Tagastamisele kuulub kogu summa, saates sellekohase e-maili info@stayzenhouse.com
2. Broneeringu tühistamine 7 päeva enne saabumist. tagastamisele kuulub 50% kogu summast, saates sellekohase e-maili info@stayzenhouse.com
3. Lühema kui 7 päevase etteteatamise korral tasu ei kuulu tagastamisele.
4. Külastuse kuupäevasid saab muuta kuni 3 päeva enne broneeringut. 
5. Kui külaline tühistab peatumise ajal oma broneeringu enne peatumise lõppu, siis raha ei tagastata.
6. Kui külaline ei lahku enne check-out aega, on Stay Zen House´l õigus esitada arve lisa öö eest.
7. Peale kuupäeva muutmist enam tagastusi ei tehta.

   
   ENG – HOUSE RULES AND TERMS

   The agreement is considered concluded once the full rental amount has been received in the Lessor’s bank account.

   Check-in is available from 15:00. Check-in is contactless, and the access code will be sent to you by e-mail or SMS.

   During the stay, and whenever leaving the house, the client is required to lock the main house entrance door. The client is responsible for the preservation of the holiday house property during the rental period, including in the event of fire or theft.

   Check-out is no later than 11:00.

   The client must be at least 21 years old.

   Stay Zen House mini house accommodates a maximum of 4 people, with 2 wide beds.

   Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €20.

   Please note that smoking is not allowed indoors or on the terrace. Smoking is only permitted outdoors in the designated area. In case of violation, a fine of €400 applies.

   Please use all items and facilities responsibly and with care. All windows and doors must be closed upon departure.

   The house must be returned in the same condition as it was upon arrival, except for regular cleaning included in the price, such as changing the bed linen, dusting and general cleaning. Dishes must be washed before departure.

   The client is responsible for any damage caused to the property of the holiday house. In case of damage or breakage, the client must compensate the cost of the damaged item.

   If stains are caused to the furniture or rugs in the Stay Zen House house or sauna, for example stains from nail polish, red wine, etc., which cannot be removed by regular cleaning, the client must cover the cost of ordering a special cleaning service. If the stains cannot be removed, the client must compensate the cost of the damaged item. The above costs will be added to the deposit amount.

   The booking is confirmed once the payment has been received. Payments are accepted in euros. Payment can be made by credit card and bank links, and the service is provided by Montonio Finance OÜ.

   In the event of an accident, fire or similar incident, the client is required to notify us immediately by calling +372 53406715 and to take immediate action to minimise or eliminate the consequences.

   There is video surveillance on the Stay Zen House territory.

   The installation of tents or similar items on the territory is not allowed.

   We do not charge a deposit in advance. However, if any damage or violation occurs, the client is required to pay a deposit amount of €400. This amount will be debited from the client’s card. If there are insufficient funds on the card, an invoice will be issued.

   The client is responsible for any breach of the rules, except where the breach is caused by force majeure. Force majeure includes, in particular, war, strikes, border closures, epidemics, and natural or environmental disasters.

   CANCELLATION

   Stay Zen House bookings can be cancelled up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the full amount will be refunded by sending a cancellation request to info@stayzenhouse.com.

   If the booking is cancelled 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be refunded by sending a cancellation request to info@stayzenhouse.com.

   If the cancellation notice is given less than 7 days before arrival, the payment is non-refundable.

   The dates of the stay can be changed up to 3 days before the booking.

   If the guest cancels the booking during the stay before the end of the booked period, no refund will be issued.

   If the guest does not leave before the check-out time, Stay Zen House has the right to issue an invoice for an additional night.

   After the booking dates have been changed, no refunds will be made.

   ПРАВИЛА ДОМА И УСЛОВИЯ

   Договор считается заключённым после поступления полной суммы аренды на расчётный счёт Арендодателя.

   Check-in — с 15:00. Заселение происходит с помощью бесключевой системы: код будет отправлен вам по электронной почте или SMS. Во время проживания, а также при отсутствии в доме, клиент обязан запирать входную дверь основного дома. Клиент несёт ответственность за сохранность имущества дома отдыха в период аренды, включая случаи пожара и кражи.

   Check-out — не позднее 11:00.

   Клиент должен быть не младше 21 года.

   Мини-дом Stay Zen House вмещает максимум 4 человека — 2 широкие кровати.

   Домашние животные разрешены за дополнительную плату 20 €.

   Обращаем внимание, что курение запрещено как внутри помещений, так и на террасе. Курить можно только на улице, в специально отведённом для этого месте. В случае нарушения штраф составляет 400 EUR.

   Просим пользоваться вещами бережно. После отъезда необходимо закрыть все окна и двери.

   Дом должен быть сдан в таком же состоянии, в каком он был при заселении, за исключением обычной уборки, которая входит в стоимость: смена белья, уборка пыли, мытьё посуды.

   Клиент несёт ответственность за повреждение имущества дома отдыха. В случае поломки имущества необходимо возместить его стоимость. При появлении пятен на мебели и коврах дома/сауны Stay Zen House, например от лака для ногтей, красного вина и т. д., которые невозможно удалить обычным способом, необходимо оплатить отдельную услугу чистки. Если пятна невозможно удалить, клиент обязан оплатить стоимость испорченного инвентаря. Указанная стоимость добавляется к сумме залога.

   Бронирование подтверждается после поступления оплаты. Платежи принимаются в евро. Оплатить можно кредитными картами и через банковские ссылки, услугу предоставляет Montonio Finance OÜ.

   Просим клиента незамедлительно сообщать об аварии, пожаре и других подобных ситуациях по телефону +372 53406715, а также сразу принять меры для устранения последствий.

   На территории Stay Zen House ведётся видеонаблюдение.

   Установка палаток и других подобных объектов на территории не разрешена.

   Залог мы заранее не взимаем, но если что-то случится, клиент обязан оплатить залог в размере 400 EUR. Эта сумма будет списана с карты клиента. Если на карте недостаточно средств, будет отправлен счёт.

   Клиент несёт ответственность за нарушение условий, за исключением случаев, когда нарушение вызвано обстоятельствами непреодолимой силы. К обстоятельствам непреодолимой силы относятся, в частности, война, забастовка, закрытие границ, эпидемии, природные или экологические катастрофы.

   ОТМЕНА БРОНИРОВАНИЯ

   Бронирование Stay Zen House можно отменить до 14 дней до прибытия. В этом случае возвращается вся сумма. Для отмены необходимо отправить соответствующее письмо на адрес info@stayzenhouse.com.

   При отмене бронирования за 7 дней до прибытия возвращается 50% от всей суммы. Для отмены необходимо отправить соответствующее письмо на адрес info@stayzenhouse.com.

   При уведомлении менее чем за 7 дней до прибытия оплата не возвращается.

   Даты визита можно изменить до 3 дней до бронирования.

   Если гость отменяет бронирование во время проживания до окончания срока пребывания, деньги не возвращаются.

   Если гость не выезжает до времени check-out, Stay Zen House имеет право выставить счёт за дополнительную ночь.

   После изменения даты возврат средств больше не производится.
